Our hometown finally has a coffee shop. Jenkintown Java opened up in late June, and judging by the big lunchtime crowds, it seems like it has filled a void in our little community. I've lived here now for almost six years, and I long-hoped that something like this would join the town's retail mix. Verdict? Pretty good, but plenty of room for improvement.
The coffee shop/cafe has effectively replaced the local diner as the community hot spot in the past couple of decades.
