Three Philadelphia Diners

Today, I took a quick tour of a few diners in Philadelphia, hoping I could have something to eat for the very first time at the Broad Street Diner. Sadly, this diner still hasn’t reopened after closing in 2007 (or earlier). Instead, I stopped at the bustling Silk City at the edge of the city’s up-and-coming Northern Liberties section. It features a full bar, but the Saturday brunch will impress you as well. Well preserved, but geared for the hipster crowd, it does welcome families as well.
