The owner of the former Hudson Diner seems to have taken up the mantle dropped by the Farmer's Diner in Quechee, but Dan Gibson is growing the food himself!

A former Wall Street type who now describes himself simply as a "grass farmer" has, despite the farm-to-table ballyhoo, created the authentic, real deal at the family-owned and operated Grazin' Angus Acres Farm in Ghent. Its produce can be enjoyed in all its wholesomeness at Grazin' Diner the family's eatery on Warren Street in Hudson.
"This is real, honest, hard work, and I love that," said Dan Gibson, who bought the farm in December 2002.
