The Diner Finder is the Internet's best source of real diner information.The Wildwoods, NJ – The Wildwoods will hold its 29th Annual Halloween Parade on Friday, October 30, followed by a FREE Halloween Fun Fair at the Wildwoods Convention Center, located at 4501 Boardwalk in Wildwood. The parade begins at 6:15 p.m. at Wildwood and Pacific Avenues and will proceed south to Andrews Avenue, east on Ocean Avenue and ending at the Wildwoods Convention Center.
Registration for float and non-float divisions of the parade will take place from 5-5:30 p.m. at the Main Street Office, located at 3306 Pacific Avenue between Wildwood and Oak Avenues. Judging for the costume contest and parade line-up will take place from 5:30-6 p.m. Winners of the costume contest will be announced at the Halloween Fun Fair. Trophies will be awarded to individuals for the “Funniest Costume,” “Scariest Costume,” and “Most Creative Costume.” Awards will also be given for the “Best Civic Group,” “Best Family Group” and “Best Commercial Group” in the float and non-float divisions.
The FREE Halloween Fun Fair, from 7-10 p.m. following the parade, will be filled with games, prizes and a ghoulishly good time for the entire family. The Halloween Fun Fair will take place in the Wildwoods Convention Center, and all attendees are encouraged to join in the fun by wearing Halloween costumes.
The Wildwoods Halloween Parade and Fun Fair is sponsored by the Greater Wildwood Hotel & Motel Association, Wildwood Recreation Department, Main Street Wildwood, Wildwood Chamber of Commerce, Domino’s Pizza, Greater Wildwood Tourism Improvement and Development Authority and the City of Wildwood.
